We started working in the industry in 1998, so you know we have the experience where it counts.

We have a reliable team and contractors at hand to service most property aspects and we make ourselves available at any time should you need to reach us.

We are proud members of REINZ and we operate an auditable trust account for all funds and adhere to a thorough code of conduct. Aaron holds Associate membership (AREINZ) to the REINZ so you can be assured education standards and business conduct is held to a high standard.

About Aaron Tomlin

Aaron is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ) and he has worked for both large and smaller boutique real estate firms and has an excellent grasp of the role.

With over twenty years' experience in Property Management and experience in Body Corporate Management since 2005, Aaron has truly made real estate and Property Management his life career.

In 2007, he was one of three national finalists for the REINZ Property Manager of the Year award. In 2010 he was recognized and achieved top property manager; runner up for the Professionals group Nation wide.

Aaron is dedicated to providing a professional service to both owner clients and tenants, and strives for excellence both professionally and personally. He is diligent, driven and focused on success.
