Information for Tenants
Renting a property through Advanced Property Management should be a stress free process. In order to rent a property through us, there is an easy Tenancy Application form to fill in online, once you have viewed the property with us.
Once you move in, the Inspection Form needs to be completed within seven days, and we will follow this up with you. Should you need any repairs done, you must notify us as soon as possible, and to make sure we can get the right job done, you can also complete our Maintenance Request form.
We want you to be happy in your home, we will make ourselves available for help where necessary, and give you peace and privacy. In turn we expect that you will pay your rent on time and adhere to all terms of our Tenancy Agreement.
As part of your move in package, we supply template forms for maintenance requests, vacate notice and a tenant guide checklist with helpful hints. A copy of your Tenancy Agreement is also provided which you must keep in a safe place.
All of our tenancies are managed under terms of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

Frequently Asked Questions for Tenants
On approval, every tenant is required to pay a four week bond and two week's rent in advance, unless stated otherwise in advertising.
An application form is available at our face to face property viewing and also from the forms section below. Note each applicant is subject to a background and credit check.
We will inspect your home each quarter, unless otherwise stated by the property owner. All inspections and property access is done in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
We are available for viewings by appointment to suit.
If you are on a periodic tenancy, the required notice is 28 days and that notice must be in writing. Service times do apply. A vacate notice is available in our forms section.
